Corrections Policy

Reference pages for readers, partners, and review teams.

See Editorial Policy, How We Test, and Corrections Policy.

GadgetLedger aims to fix meaningful factual errors when they are confirmed.

That includes pricing mismatches, product-status changes, broken or outdated support information, and other issues that could mislead a reader.

What Qualifies For Review

  • Incorrect product specs, pricing claims, or compatibility details
  • Outdated support steps that no longer match the official guidance
  • Broken links or page references that change the meaning of the article
  • Meaningful wording errors that create a false impression

How The Site Handles Corrections

  • Review the reported claim against the strongest available source
  • Update the article when the claim is clearly wrong or outdated
  • Prefer a direct fix over leaving a confusing note in place

How To Report An Issue

Correction requests can be sent to geon4868@gmail.com.

When possible, include the article URL, the exact line or section that looks wrong, and the source that supports the correction request.

Update Timing

Not every message can be handled immediately, but factual issues that change the usefulness of a guide are worth reviewing.

Routine copy edits may happen without a formal note, while more meaningful factual fixes may be reflected through the page’s updated timestamp.
